Retired Senior Man Attending Art Class In Community Centre

Community Center

Caring for loved ones isn’t always easy. Finding the right medical professionals, staying up on the latest information, and planning activities to help them stay happy and engaged can be a full-time job on top of all your other responsibilities. But you are not alone. We started the Active Living for All daytime Community Center to give caretakers the support and resources they need to keep the people they love in the homes they love for as long as possible.

Our Community Center provides a welcoming, inclusive group environment where people of different abilities, veterans and seniors can engage and make connections with one another doing things they enjoy.

You’ll have peace of mind knowing your loved one is getting the person-centered care they need, while giving you time to rest and recharge.
